Geographic Position:

Villa Da Franco is positioned in a side road along the coast that leads to Capo Vaticano. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with numerous colorful plants maintained by the owner himself ? the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunsets over the Aeolian Islands. The nearest beach is in 10 minutes walking distance and offers white sand and various water sport activities (Surf, Catamaran, Diving). The next shops are in 800m distance and several restaurants and Pizzerie can comfortably be reached on foot. In the small village of S. Nicol? (2 km away), you?ll find all substantial service facilities (post office, cash-point dispenser, gas station, baker, bar, tobacco). As Villa Da Franco is not far away from the next train station (Ricadi) (15 min. on foot), it is not necessary to have a car on site, as you can discover the coast and Tropea (8 km away) also comfortably by train.

Description of the apartments:

The Villa is composed of three modern and friendly furnished apartments. Two of them are on the ground floor and one is on the first floor. They all have individual entrance and a spacious veranda/balcony with lovely seaview. The big garden is fenced and for common use of all guests. The two 3-Room apartments on the ground floor are suitable for 4-5 persons and are composed of a fully equipped kitchen-lounge, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and a furnished Veranda with seaview. The 3-Room apartment on the first floor is suited for 4-6 persons and consists of a fully equipped kitchen-lounge with double sofa bed, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and furnished balcony with seaview. Parking inside the premises!

General Information:

In July and August the minimum period of stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 4 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented for the price of Euro 13,- person/week with weekly change.On arrival, you have to pay a deposit of Euro 100,- for eventual damages which will be reimbursed at departure after a short apartment control
