BOOKING MODALITIES

• For booking requests or other questions, please compile our contact form. We will immediately answer your enquiries and provide you with the respective information.

• If you decide to book an accommodation, we will send you our booking form. Please fill out this form and send it back to us (via email, fax or ordinary mail). We will then send you a provisional booking confirmation. For definite booking you have to send a deposit of 30% of the rental price which can be paid on our bank account or via paypal.
When the deposit has arrived, we will send you a final booking confirmation via ordinary mail.

• The balance hast o be paid on arrival (cash or by credit card).

• Approximately one week before arrival, we will send you a detailed description of how to arrive at an easy to find meeting point from where we will accompany you to your accommodation (from April to October).

• The indicated number of beds in each holiday apartment/house is the maximum number of places allowed.

• In case of a failure to check-in within 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date without prior information of "Kalabrienonline.com”, the booking becomes invalid  without entitlement of raising any objection on the part of the guest;

* In case of withdrawal from the present booking, the following regulations are valid:

if “Kalabrienonline.com” is informed about the booking withdrawal within at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the planned beginning of stay, the previously paid deposit is kept back;

if “Kalabrienonline.com” is informed about the booking withdrawal at a later time, the complete price for the total period of stay has to be paid;
