The holiday apartments of Villa Cati were finished only in July 2006 and captivate by their stunning position only 30m beeline away from the beach and the bay of Santa Maria. To arrive at the beach you just have to pass a small private road and you?ll arrive in 3 minutes. Santa Maria is a small fishing village right behind the bay of Capo Vaticano. The local center of Santa Maria with its small church and the market place can be reached on foot in 4 minutes. There you?ll find the most important facilities like 2 restaurants, a small supermarket, a Pizzeria, newspapers, etc. Everything else can be found in Tropea (10 km away) which during summer can be reached comfortably by bus. Description of the apartments:

Villa Cati consists of two 3-Room-Apartments on the first floor and one 2-Room-Apartment on the ground floor. The apartments are spacious and modernly equipped which reflects the good taste of the friendly owners who are living during summer months in their own apartment on the ground floor. The 3-Room-Apartments are divided up as follows: completely furnished kitchen-lounge, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, furnished balcony with beautiful seaview, shared garden and parking lot inside the property. The 2-Room-Apartement on the ground floor consists of 1 bedroom with doublebed, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, furnished veranda with sea view (from the 1st floor apartments you obviously have a broader view), completely equipped kitchen-lounge with sofa bed, shared garden and parking lot inside the property.

General Information:

In July and August the minimum period of stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 5 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented for the price of Euro 12,- person/week with weekly change).On arrival, you have to pay a deposit of Euro 50,- for eventual damages which will be reimbursed at departure after a short apartment control.
