Geographic Position:

Villa Belvedere and Villa Panoramica are situated one above the other in a pictorial hillside position between the small village of Coccorino (10 km south of Capo Vaticano) and the Sea with stunning view on the water and the bays of Coccorino and Santa Maria. The two Villas are surrounded by a huge garden property of 8000 m2 with sumptuous Mediterranean vegetation and tropical plants all around. The bay of Coccorino can be easily reached on foot (only 300m away). Due to its small size, Coccorino beach is fantastically deserted in the low-season, whereas it is rather crowded in August. As an alternative, you can also join the beaches of Santa Maria (5 minutes by car) and Capo Vaticano (10 minutes by car). The next restaurant is called ?Da Mercurio?: The owner-a fisherman- prepares every day freshly caught fish and various regional specialities as well as pizza (2 minutes walk). In the summer months , 2 bars at Coccorino Beach offer icecream, café, beverages and small snacks. The next small supermarket is in the local center of Coccorino (8 minutes by car uphill), where there is also a Trattoria, 2 bars and a pharmacy. CAR RECOMMENDED!!

Description of the apartments:

Villa Belvedere is composed of three separate apartments (A, B, C) and Villa Panoramica of 2 separate apartments (D, E). Apartment A is on the 1st floor and offers with a floor space of approximately 60 m2 enough space for up to 6 persons. The apartment consists of a completely furnished kitchen-lounge with gas cooker, oven, freezer/fridge, SAT-TV and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Central heating. In front of the kitchen-lounge there is a spacious balcony with beautiful sea view. Apartment B is on the first floor as well and the perfect accommodation for up to 4 persons. It has a floor space of 40 m2, divided up in a fully equipped kitchen-lounge with double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom and furnished balcony with sea view. On the ground floor of Villa Belvedere is apartment C, which is suitable for up to 6 persons (60 m2 floor space). Apartment C has a completely equipped kitchen-lounge, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a large veranda with sea view. External showers, a washing machine, a Barbecue and parking lots in the garden are for common use of all guests. Villa Panoramica is situated directly above Villa Belvedere and is composed of 2 apartments (D and E). The apartment on the ground floor has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-lounge, a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and a huge Veranda with beautiful seaview. The apartment on the first floor is composed of a fully equipped kitchen-lounge, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and a furnished balcony with seaview. Each apartment is suited for up to 6 persons. External showers, a washing machine, a Barbecue and parking lots in the garden are for common use of all guests.

General Information:

In July and August the minimum period of stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 5 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented for the price of Euro 13,- person/week with weekly change).
