The crystal-blue sea is only 7 m away and can nearly be reached with bare hands. The small and by Signora Anna, the friendly and open-minded owner, maintained property is surrounded by peace and nature. The majority of the apartments is in the front row (7m from the beach) with direct seaview. Here you are spoilt for choice: Either you enjoy the warm sunbeams sitting in the deckchair in your private garden and go only down to the beach to refresh yourself or you take your chairs and sunloungers down to the sandy beach directly underneath your flat. Two further holiday flats (3-room-apartments) with large garden are located in the second row - only 30 m away from the beach, and two 3-room-apartments in the third row, 50 m away from the beach attainable over a small internal path and with beautiful balcony with seaview. The picturesque local centre of Santa Maria with its small church is only a 10 minutes? walk from the Residence. There you?ll find the most important facilities such as 2 restaurants, a Pizzeria, a supermarket, newspapers, etc. All further commodities are located in Tropea (10 km away) which can be reached by bus during summer. Because of their position directly on the beach, Appartamenti Anna are the ideal location for holidays with children!! CAR RECOMMENDED!!!

Description of the apartments:

The modern and friendly equipped apartments are all 3-Room-Apartments situated either on the ground floor (1st and 2nd row) with veranda and private garden or on the first floor (3rd row) mit balcony. 3-Room-terraced Bungalows (4 -5 persons) 7 m and 30m from the sea (front row and second row). These Bungalows are composed of a fully equipped kitchen-lounge, one bedroom with doublebed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and furnished Veranda with panoramic seaview, private garden and garage for parking. In the third row (50 metres from the sea) there are two more 3-Room apartments on the first floor (each for 4-5 persons). These flats are composed of a fully equipped kitchen-lounge, one bedroom with doublebed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and furnished balcony with seaview. Garage for parking.

General Information:

In July and August the minimum period of stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 5 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented for the price of Euro 12,- person/week with weekly change.

The indicated prices include:

-Water, electricity, gas, covered parking, sunshade and deckchairs for the public beach.
