Villa Sole was finished in July 2008 and is situated in a fantastic hillside position between the small village of Coccorino (10 km south of Capo Vaticano) and the sea with a breathtaking panorama over the Sea and the bays of Coccorino and Santa Maria. The next beach is the bay of Coccorino (rock and sand beach), which is 1.5 km away and can be reached comfortably by car in 5 minutes. The small beach of Coccorino is really deserted in pre- and off-season, but in the main vacation months it can however be very crowded. As an alternative, you can drive by car in 8 minutes to the beach of Santa Maria and in 10 minutes to the beach of Capo Vaticano. The next restaurant is on the way down to the beach (?Da Mercurio?) and is a real insider tip as the boss ?a passionate fisherman- prepares himself freshly captured fish and a variety of regional specialities as well as pizza (10 minutes on foot downhill). In the summer months you?ll find two bars at Coccorino beach where you can buy ice cream, café, beverages and small snacks. The next small shop is in the local center of Coccorino (5 minutes by car uphill), where you?ll also find a Trattoria, 2 bars and a pharmacy. CAR RECOMMENDED!

Description of the apartment:

Villa Sole is composed of two separate apartments. The apartment on the first floor is for rent (individual entrance) whereas the son of the landlord family lives on the ground floor. With a floor space of approximately 80 m2 the spacious and light-flooded apartment on the first floor offers enough space for up to 5 persons. The apartment consists of a completely furnished kitchen-lounge with gas cooker, oven, freezer, fridge, TV and double sofa bed, a big bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a bathroom with shower, bath tub, WC and Bidet. From all rooms (with exception of the bathroom) you have access to the furnished balcony with fantastic view on the sea and the Eolian Islands.

General Information:

In July and August the minimum period of stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 5 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented for the price of Euro 13,- person/week with weekly change.
