The recently contructed apartments are surrounded by a huge park area with tropical plants that extends over a total surface of 10,000 m2. The wonderful calm atmosphere and the unforgettable sunsets over the Eolian Islands guarantee pure relaxation and tranquillity. Signora Giuseppina, the friendly owner, attaches importance to the fact that her guests are missing nothing. Therefore she decided to extend her small Residence by a beautiful Swimmingpool, a Bar and a cosy lounge. The next beach is 400 m away from the village (bay of Santa Maria). If you don?t want to walk, you can use the free transfer service to and from the beach. The next shops and restaurants are in the local centres of Santa Maria and Capo Vaticano. CAR RECOMMENDED!

Main Village: The recently constructed and well-equipped apartments are situated on the ground floor and on the first floor and all have a furnished veranda or balcony. 3-Room-Apartments on the ground floor: The apartments are for 4-6 persons and are composed of a fully equipped kitchen-lounge with sofa bed, one bedroom with doublebed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and furnished veranda with garden use. 3-Room-Apartments on the first floor: The apartments are for 4-6 persons and are composed of a fully equipped kitchen-lounge with sofa bed, one bedroom with doublebed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and furnished balcony with seaview.

General Information:

In July and August the minimum period of stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 4 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented for the price of Euro 13,-/Person/Week with weekly change.

The indicated prices include:
