The Villa is surrounded by a large garden property with sumptuous Mediterranean vegetation and tropical plants. The small bay of Coccorino is only 300 metres away so that it can be easily reached on foot. Alternatively, the bays of Santa Maria and Capo Vaticano can be reached by car in 5 and 10 minutes. The next restaurant - ?Da Mercurio?- with home-made regional specialities and fresh fish can be reached in 2 minutes. During high season, there are 2 beach bars on Coccorino Beach where you?ll find icecream, café, beverages and small snacks. The next small grocery shop is in the local center of Coccorino (8 minutes by the car) or in the nearby Santa Maria (5 car-minutes). CAR RECOMMENDED!!

Description of the apartments:

Villa Arancia consists of 2 adjacent vacation homes on the first floor which were finished in summer 2008. In the summer months the owners (a couple) are living on the ground floor. The 3-Room-apartment consists of a completely equipped kitchen-lounge, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, Wc and Bidet and a furnished balcony with view on the sea and the bay of Coccorino. The 2-Room-Apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, Wc and Bidet, completely equipped kitchen-lounge and furnished balcony with sea view. Car parking inside the property.

In July and August the minimum period of stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 5 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented for the price of Euro 12,- person/week with weekly change).
