Geographic Position:

The small and family-run holiday village Cala di Volpe is situated in a very romantic position in the midst of of tropical gardens directly in front of the Sea between Tropea and Capo Vaticano. The 20 apartments can either be booked with selfcatering or with breakfast, half board or full board. The private beach reminds of a South Sea oasis and is surrounded on both sides by majestic cliffs. At the private beach sunshades and deck chairs are available for the guests who can also rent canoes and pedal boats. In the heart of Villaggio Cala di Volpe you?ll find a fantastic sea water pool with child basin and view on the sea, which is the ideal place to relax. The restaurant ?I Ricci? fascinates by its Mediterranen flair and offers a typical national and international cuisine with both simple and sophisticated dishes. Guests can either choose from a rich Buffet with vegetables, cheese, fish and different national sausages, or pamper their palate with delicious ?A la Carte? Menus. Chief cook Paolo spoils his guests once a week with typically Calabrian specialities. The bar offers delicious cocktails and some snacks like tropical salads or sandwiches. An organized entertainment program with mini-club is offered from 15 June to 8 September. A washing machine (against fee) is available for common use of all guests. On request, diving, surfing and Catamaran lessons can be booked. Two public restaurants with regional-typical cuisine and Pizzeria can be reached on foot in 8 min. In the small but vivid village of Santa Domenica (2 km away), you?ll find you all important facilities like supermarkets, Pizzeria, restaurants, pharmacy, tobacco, post office and petrol station, and the picturesque Tropea is also only 6 km away. Description of the apartments:

The recently constructed and modern equipped Bungalows and apartments of different size are situated on the ground floor and on the first floor. All of them have a furnished veranda or balcony, telephone, Sat-TV, Safe, fan and hair dryer. In the upper part of the holiday village (250 m from the beach) you?ll find the two luxury apartments ?Le Pinnate? and ?Le Agave? ? ? with air conditioning and fantastic panorama view. A regularly operating shuttle bus takes the guests of the elite apartments to the beach. The 2-Room Apartments for up to 4 persons consist of a completely equipped kitchen-lounge with double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, WC and Bidet and a furnished Veranda or balcony. The 3-Room-Apartments for 5 or 6 persons consist of a completely equipped kitchen-lounge with double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, WC and Bidet and a furnished Veranda or balcony. For the apartments in the first line a supplement has to be paid depending upon the period of stay (in August the apartments in the first line are only available with half board or full board).

General Information:

In July and August the minimum period of stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 4 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented for the price of Euro 20,- person/week with weekly change. For the 2 - and 3-Room-Apartments in the 1st line from the beach a supplement between Euro 80, - and Euro 120, -/Week is charged (depending upon season). In the period between 03/08 and 31/08 the first line-apartments can only be rented in combination with half board or full board.
For the 2- and 3-Room-Apartments in the "luxury zone" a supplement of Euro 90,-/Euro 120,-/Week is charged (depending on the period of stay, but only valid in periods C-G)
Special Offer for Families: 2 adults and 2 children until 14 years pay like 3 adults (not valid between 07.08. and 28.08.). Children up to 14 years in half or full board: 35% discount; Children over 14 years: 25% discount; Children up to 2 years pay Euro 12, -/Day (without meals)
