Villetta Daniela is surrounded by a large garden with lush vegetation of southern and tropical plants. The bay of Coccorino can be easily reached on foot (450 m). Alternatively, the bays of Santa Maria and Capo Vaticano can be reached by car in 5 and 10 minutes. The next restaurant - ?Da Mercurio?- with home-made regional specialities and fresh fish can be reached in 2 minutes. During high season, there are 2 beach bars on Coccorino Beach where you?ll find icecream, café, beverages and small snacks. The next small grocery shop is in the local center of Coccorino (8 minutes by the car) or in the nearby Santa Maria (5 car-minutes). CAR RECOMMENDED!!

Villetta Daniela is a spacious holiday villa built 2 years ago and belongs to the same owners as Villa Aurelia. Initially the Villa was rented as 2 apartments, but now the two apartments have been united and the Villa consists of 2 bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms and a furnished terrace with small garden and great views of the sea. In the garden you will find a barbecue. Car parking in front of the house. SAT-TV!

In August the minimum period of stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure.
