Residence Santa Monica is situated on the Tyrrhenian Coast of Calabria, 9 km in the South of Tropea and in direct proximity to the small village of S. Nicol? di Ricadi. Thanks to the wonderful panorama position high above the hills of Capo Vaticano you enjoy a fantastic view on the numerous bays and bizarre rock formations of the "Costa degli Dei" (coast of the Gods). The small holiday village was only recently established and reigns over a big park with innumerable palms and Bougainvillea in Mediterranean style. Particularly to emphasize is the friendly and colourful atmosphere of the holiday village which strikes the visitors at first glance. Since 2008, Residence Santa Monica has now also an internal restaurant, so that you can rent the apartments either with self-catering or with half-board, full-board or only breakfast. The guests also have a tennis court and a mini zoo for the kids at their disposal. The quiet position at the border of S.Nicolo guarantees recovery and relaxation and is nevertheless ideal for each type of activity (car recommended). The important facilities such as grocer's, supermarket, post office, tobacco, photo shop, restaurant, bars and tourist board are located in the nearby S. Nicol? and can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The nearest beach is 2 km away and can be either reached on foot or by the free shuttlebus. At the private beach you?ll find some Snackbars and deckchairs and sunshades can be rented on request. Furthermore, "Residence Santa Monica" has a combined tennis/football ground, a playground for small children, internal parking lots, a beautiful Swimming Pool, bar and mini market. Description of the apartments:

The 20 modern and friendly equipped apartments of different size are situated on the ground floor and on the first floor of the Residence and all have a furnished veranda/balcony (partially with sea view: Euro 10,-/day supplement)), safe deposit box, hairdryer and SAT-TV. 1-Room-Apartments for 2 persons: One room with doublebed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and furnished Veranda or balcony; 2-Room-Apartments for 4 persons: kitchen-lounge with double sofa bed,1 bedroom with doublebed, bathroom with shower,WC and bidet, furnished Veranda or balcony; 3-Room-Apartment for 4 persons: kitchen-lounge, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet, 1 bedroom with doublebed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, furnished veranda or balcony; on request 1-2 addition beds can be supplied (at extra charge).

General Information:

In July and August the minimum period of stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 4 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented for the price of Euro 12,- person/week with weekly change.Beach Service: On request, deckchairs and sunshades can be rented (1 sunshade + 2 Deckchairs for 40,- Euro/week). On arrival, you have to pay a deposit of Euro 50,- for eventual damages which will be reimbursed at departure after a short apartment control.

The indicated prices include:

- Water, electricity, gas, Pool service, hairdryer, SAT-TV, parking.

Additional Costs:

Final cleaning: Euro 30,- for the 1-Room-Apartment, Euro 40,- for the 2-Room-Apartment and Euro 50,- for the 3-Room-Apartment.
Beach service (optional): 2 deckchairs + 1 umbrella: Euro 50,-/Week
