Geographic Position:

Villa Pietra is a typical stone house that sits in a gorgeous hillside overlooking the bay of Coccorino. The somewhat secluded location of the cottage allows guests rest and relaxation. The villa is surrounded by a lush private garden with deck chairs and umbrellas, from which one enjoys a truly breathtaking view of the sea, the surrounding hills and the colorful flora. The next swim is only 600 metres away, in the bay of Coccorino, which is located directly beneath Villa Pietra and can be reached on foot or by car. Alternatively, the bays of Santa Maria and Cape Vaticano can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes. The Restaurant "Da Mercurio", in which the boss himself cooks and serves only fresh fish and other regional specialties and pizza, is 8 minutes walk away. During the summer months Coccorino Bay also offers two beach bars with ice cream, coffee, drinks and small dishes. The nearest shops are in the center of Coccorino (5 minutes by car) or in nearby Santa Maria (also 5 minutes by car). Car recommended!

Description of the holiday Villa:

The spacious and tastefully furnished Villa Pietra has a floor space of 70 square meters, surrounded by a spacious garden area (100 sq.m.) and comfortable, furnished terrace with unobstructed ocean views. It is ideal for 4 people and is divided as follows: fully equipped kitchen-lounge (gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, satellite TV), a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The kitchen door leads out to the furnished terrace. In the garden there are deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue and the internal car park. For the winter months guests can also use the heating (surcharge depending on consumption). During the summer months, air-conditioning is available and included in the price.

General Information:

During summer, the minimum period of stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 5 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented for the price of Euro 13,- person/week with weekly change). On arrival, you have to pay a deposit of Euro 150,- for eventual damages which will be reimbursed at departure after a short apartment control.

The indicated prices include:

-Water, electricity, gas, Sat-TV, parking, air-conditioning, on demand washing machine (Supplement of Euro 20,-/week)

Additional Costs:

- Final cleaning: Euro 45,- - Heating during winter (on request): The additional costs for heating are charged at the end of your stay according to consumption.
