The small village of Policastro counts approximately 2000 inhabitants and is 10 km away from Sapri (25 km from Marina di Camerota and 90 km from Salerno). Villa Ottavia consists of two individual apartments and the apartment on the ground floor is for rent. From the Veranda you?ll enjoy a fantastic view on the sea and the entire Gulf of Policastro framed by majestic mountains. The surrounding garden property with a total area of 800m2 is decorated with innumerable multicolored plants and small lanes and is a prime example for the green thumb of the landlady. Barbecueing possible! The beach is only 150m away from the Villa and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The next shops and supermarkets are at 1 km from the Villa in the local center of Policastro. Description of the apartment:

The apartment for rent is situated on the ground floor and has its own gate and access road. The owners live on the 1st floor. The well-furnished apartment with a total surface of 100 m2 is suitable for up to 6 persons a consists of a completely equipped American kitchen, dining/livingroom with double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk-bed, a bathroom with shower, WC and Bidet and the large, furnished Veranda with sea view. The guests have TV, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, an electric iron, ironing board and a bicycle at their free disposal.

General Information:

In July and August the apartment can only be rented for a minimum of 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 5 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. On arrival, you have to pay a deposit of Euro 250,- for eventual damages which will be reimbursed at departure after a short apartment control.
