The small locality Montepertuso is a suburb of Positano (3 km away), which is a real advantage, since it is still substantially calmer and less touristic than in Positano itself. Behind the house there is a bus stop, so that you can easily go by bus in 10 minutes to Positano and to the beach (in view of the winding coastal road and the difficult parking situation this might be an appreciated alternative!). Shops, supermarkets and several restaurants can be found in Montepertuso that can be reached in 200m. Villa Monticello is nestling along the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast and thus shows the typical building method along the coastal line. The friendly and open-minded owner family lives in the same house and can always be contacted for questions or insider tips. The Veranda of the vacation home with the fantastic panorama view invites to spend all meals on the veranda and to finish the day with a beautiful glass of red wine calmly and far away from all hecticness and stress. Guests who travel by car, can park their car in the garage and explore the surroundings by bus. Also Amalfi and Sorrent can be reached by bus (18 km distance).

Description of the apartment:

The lovingly decorated vacation home in rustic style offers a floor space of 80 m2 and is ideal for up to 4 persons. It consists of a completely equipped kitchen-lounge, a separate living room with double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and the breathtaking Veranda with garden furniture and fantastic view of the Amalfi Coast. Possibility of barbecueing! The additional equipment of the vacation home is a washing machine, air conditioning, SAT-TV, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, electric iron, ironing board, hair dryer and hi-fi system.

General Information:

From the beginning of April to the end of October the apartment can only be rented for a minimum of 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 5 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
